Simple visualization of interlinkages survey is shown.  A Heat Map summarizing the amount of interest amongst survey takers in a particular council is represented in gray scale.  The darker regions indicate a stronger level of interest in the council.  Program to mine and summarize data is written by author in R statistics version 2.10.1.
